From Securence
Company Settings will affect all groups and domains that are placed within the Company.
- View Log of this Company: Shows the log any changes made to the Company including changes to the groups and domains.
- Save Company Settings: Save any changes made. Changes may take up to 5 minutes to take effect.
- General Settings
- Domain Count: Number of domains in Securence⢠for the Company.
- Domains: All domains within the Company will be listed here.
- Domain Settings, and Manage Users are available from the Action Section of the Domain.
- The domain may also be moved to a different group using the dropdown under group.
- Admins: All Administrators for the Company will be listed here.
- The administrators are managed through the Manage Users tool.
- Groups: All Groups for the Company will be listed here.
- Create, Edit or View Groups for the Company in the Company Settings.
- User Profiles: All User Profiles for the Company will be listed here.
- An Administrator can Create, Edit or Delete User Profiles from the Company Settings.
- Email Company Reports: The reports for the Company can be configured in the Company Settings.
- Holidays: Holidays can be configured in the Company Settings to allow for appropriate quarantine viewing.
- Real Time Blacklists: Real Time Blacklists or RBLs check the IP address of the sending SMTP client.
- Spam Email Box: An Email address can be specified to allow domains to forward their spam to a company spam email box.
- Security Settings: Security settings are used to enforce company security policies.
- Encryption Policies: Allows setting encryption enforcement policies.
- White List: The White List is used to grant specific E-mail(s) to be sent to the recipient.
- Black List: The Black List is used to deny specific E-mail(s) to be sent to the recipient.
- Allow List: If there are entries in the Allow List, all Email will be denied delivery to the recipient with the exception of what is in the Allow List.
