- If Local delivery is checked the following sections are disabled: Delivery Addresses, SPF Compliance, User Verification is enabled.

- Email Reports: If you would like reports emailed to you, select the desired options and enter the email addresses of where it should be sent or CC'd.
- User Verification: It is strongly recommended to use some sort of user verification due to the use of dictionary spamming tactics. This will prevent spam from reaching your core email servers, saving CPU, disk, and bandwidth.
- Manage Users: Manage the users within the domain.
- Spam Digests: Enabling Spam Digests gives users the option to receive a daily email which includes a summary of all prior day's quarantined spam and viruses for their email account. After you enable digests for your domain (by checking the "Daily Spam Digest" box) you must go to Manage User List to select which users will receive the digest. If you wish to enable the spam digest for all currently existing users, use the Mass User Update tool. You can get to this tool by clicking on the Mass Update link at the top of the Manage User List page.
- Filter By Message Size: To filter by message size, enter the maximum size email your domain is willing to accept. Messages larger than this will be rejected and a bounce message will notify the sender. It is recommended to use this option if your mail server has a maximum message size as without enabling this users will not receive a bounce message indicating that the server refused to accept the email.
- Quarantine Duration: The amount of days determines how long quarantine is held. Default value is 7 days. Contact your sales representative should you need to extend this beyond 7 days.
- User Profiles: Create user profiles in order to apply permissions to groups of users.
