E-mails that are falsely marked as spam are called False Positives. When you get False Positives, please send the entire email with the original headers to false@support.usinternet.com.

Alternatively, if you are using Securence™ and have the web quarantine enabled, you can simply check the email(s) and check "Submit a false positive report in order to update spam signatures" and click submit.
