Real Time Blacklists

Real Time Blacklists or RBLs check the IP address of the sending SMTP client. They maintain a database of IP addresses that are known to send spam. Different RBLs have wildly varying methodologies for maintaining their lists. Choose your RBLs wisely, simply applying all RBLs may produce poor results.

  • bl.spamcop.net
  • sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org (Includes the two following RBLs.)
    • sbl.spamhaus.org
    • cbl.abuseat.org
  • dnsbl.sorbs.net
  • dnsbl.njabl.org
  • Others: You may add any number of other RBLs that are not listed, separate with a comma or space.
