Security Settings

- IP Settings: An Administrator can enter an IP address or range of IP addresses from where you would like a user to be able to log in. The user will only be able to log in if their machine has these IP addresses.
- Allowable IP Range: IP range that the user's PC is coming from.
- Add New Allowed IP Range: Enter the Allowed IP Address Range here.
- Add: Click Add to continue.
- Security Settings: An Administrator can edit the Security Settings.
- Account lockout duration: Account will be locked out if there is no reported activity. Enter in minutes.
- Account lockout threshold: Account will be locked out if the incorrect password is used with the login for a specified amount of attempts.
- Maximum password age: How long a user can keep the password without re-setting the password. Enter in days.
- Minimum password age: Enter in days.
- Minimum password length: How long a password can be. Enter in number of characters.
- Password must meet complexity requirements: If checked the password will have to meet security criteria.
- All passwords are stored using strong cryptographic security.
