Create or Edit a User Profile

• General Settings
  • Name: This profile's name.
  • Permissions:
    • Allow Login to Quarantine: If "Allow Login" is checked, the user will be able to login and view their quarantine.
    • Allow User to Manage Their Account: If this option is checked, additional options need to be specified below. The remaining checkboxes determine which of the other settings the user is allowed to edit.
      • Password: User can reset their own password
      • Display Name: User can edit the display name
      • Vacation Message: User can enable a vacation message
      • Forwarding Address: User can setup E-mail forwarding
      • White List: User will have the option to edit their White List
      • Black List: User will have the option to edit their Black List
      • Spam Digest: User will have the option to receive a daily email containing a summary of the prior day's quarantined messages
  • Spam Digest: You may choose to receive a daily email containing a summary of the prior day's quarantined messages for the group.
  • Notes: Notes about this profile.
