User Quarantine

  • User Quarantine: View incoming messages delivered to the Quarantine
    • Click to view quarantine log:
    • View Outgoing Messages: View outgoing messages delivered to the Quarantine if applicable.
    • Searching Help:
    • Search: Click Search to search the quarantine for messages related to the search criteria entered.
    • Clear Search: Clears the criteria entered into the search fields.
    • Display per page: Number of messages displayed per page in the Quarantine.
    • Page: The page number of the current page you are viewing.
    • Prev Day: Click this to search the day previous of the date in the drop down box.
    • Today: Leave as default if you are searching the current days quarantine.
    • Next Day: Click this to search the day following the date in the drop down box.
    • Take action on selected messages: (check all that apply): Any action selected will be applied to the quarantined messages that have a check in the checkbox.
      • Release to intended recipients.: This will send the message to its original destination even though the message has been quarantined.
      • Submit a false positive report in order to update spam signatures.: If this action is applied, the filters will be adjusted to allow the message through in the future.
      • Whitelist the sender(s) at the Domain, Group, or Company level.: If this action is applied, use the dropdown box to define at what level the White List will be added.
        • Whitelist entire domain.: Place a check here to White List the domain instead of just the sender.
      • Forward to: Enter an email address that you can forward the selected Quarantine messages.
      • Delete selected messages.: Use this option to Delete the Quarantine messages that have a check in the checkbox.
        • Empty Quarantine: use this option to delete the entire Quarantine.
    • Submit: Click Submit to apply changes.
    • Close: Click Close to close the Quarantine browser window.
