  • Save Settings: Click Save Settings to apply any and changes made to the User Settings.
  • General Settings
    • Primary Email Address: This is the primary email address for the User.
    • First Name: Enter a first name for this user account.
    • Last Name: Enter a last name for this user account.
    • Password: You only need to type a password if it will be changing. Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length and may not contain spaces, backslashes (\), or double quotes (").
    • Verify Password: You only need to type a password if it will be changing. The Verify password must be the same as the Password entered.
    • Associate Quarantine: This allows you to associate multiple email addresses to view one quarantine address. For example, you can add an associate address of first.last@domain.com to the address of first.middle.last@domain.com and all the messages for both addresses will be shown on the quarantine page.
    • Message Forwarding: Any mail addressed to this User account will also be delivered to these addresses
      • Enable Message Forwarding: Place a check in the checkbox and enter an email address here to enable this feature.
      • Add: Click Add to apply the change.
    • Spam Digest: You may choose to receive a daily email containing a summary of the prior day's quarantined messages.
      • Daily Spam Digest: If there is a check it the checkbox this feature will be enabled.
    • Vacation: If you enable this feature an email will be sent to all emails addressed to this User Account.
      • Vacation Mode: If this box is checked your custom message will be emailed back to the sender.
    • Save: Click Save or Save Settings to apply any changes made.
    • Back to Quarantine: Click to return back to the Quarantine page.
