View Reports

From Securence

An Administrator can view a Report to see totals for all domains within the Company, Group or Domain level.

Data can be viewed as totals by the Year, Month, Week and Day.

The reports can be download as a CSV file, Excel file, and a PDF file if an Administrator were to select a format and click download.

The top right box of the reports will list what report is being viewed.

• Total Emails: The total amount of Emails filtered through SecurenceMail™ in the given time frame.
• Clean: is the total number of emails that SecurenceMail™ determined to be legitimate along with the percent of total mail that is legitimate in the given time frame.
• Viruses: The total amount of Viruses along with the percent filtered through SecurenceMail™ in the given time frame.
• Phishing: The total amount of Phishing Emails filtered through SecurenceMail™ in the given time frame. A "phish" email is one that in some way attempts to deceive the recipient into providing sensitive information such as account numbers and passwords. These types of emails often pretend to be from a legitimate source such as a bank or financial institution.
• Spams: The Spam columns are the statistics on the total number of spams and how they were caught. It is divided into 5 columns which are each described below.
  • Total Spam: The total amount of Spam Emails filtered through SecurenceMail™ in the given time frame.
  • User Verify: The total amount of Emails filtered through SecurenceMail™ in the given time frame.
  • RBL: RBL is the Real Time Black List count. The total amount of spams that were caught by privately maintained SPAM blacklists that are open to the public.
  • Signature: The total amount of spams that were filtered through SecurenceMail™ based on their content.
  • Other: The total amount of spams that are filtered by means other than those mentioned above. This includes custom black lists, spammer tricks, invalid email addresses, etc.
• Total: Totals for each column
